All of a sudden I'm being asked to subscribe to get Microsoft 365 but am sharing a family subscription with my husband. It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

If you access MS 365 on the Web, it runs ok.
Through the same site Web, when you try to install at the desktop, a server error, try later is obtained.
I restarted my computer but the problem is not solved. Is there anyone else who still has the problem?

My problem is still not solved. Are problems solved regionally or globally? Why is everything already solved for some users, and not for others? Should we wait for some Windows update?
