It says my subscription has been cancelled and directs me to the payment section. On his device it says i cannot be invited as I'm already sharing but i have lost the connection and can only view or print documents but not change or start new ones.. Can you help

The same thing has just happened to me. Says my Microsoft 365 subscription has been cancelled but my husband is still sharing with me. Wondering if there is a wider problem?

Happened to me this morning as well. Fine yesterday even after I ran the update. Subscriptions worked when I first launched Outlook this morning, then tried to create a doc in Word and it said I don't have a subscription. Co-worker who is sharing our subscription is currently on with Microsoft to try and fix but this looks like a problem.
