Unable to load/open Sway newsletters

As a parent I receive weekly newsletters from the school via Sway. The recent one I can not open as it just sits loading and then times out. The school say it’s not an issue on their side but I have no idea what I can do. I don’t use Sway other than from the school to view their newsletters.

    To help me understand the situation better, could you share when you started seeing the error messages when you trying to load or open Sway newsletters? Today, our community also received some reports about issues with Microsoft Sway, which may be due to a system error.  

    It would be helpful if you could report the issue through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center so our backend team can investigate further. Please get in touch with your office 365 global administrators to check the existing service incident in your organization. 

    If they don't see any incident ID and Microsoft Sway still healthy, have them posted to the Service Health by following this step:
