I have shared a link to our most recent Sway Newsletter, but it it won't upload? Please can you advise?

It was working when I first sent it out, but won't seem to load this week.

    Hi Suzanna, 

    I hope you're doing well. Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. 

    In order to help troubleshoot better, could you please confirm with me some following questions: 

    1. What device and operating system you're using (iOS device, Android phone, Windows PC, or Mac)?
    2. Are there any users in your organization reported same issue?

    In the meantime, I need to share that according to reports from other users, Sway are currently accessible on Android, Windows, and macOS, but not on iOS devices, regardless of the browser used. 

    If you are using iOS device, I recommend using another device to use Sway temperately.
