    Hello

I don't know about the time of resolution, however I can tell you what I did this morning.

    1. Clicked my profile picture
    2. scrolled to subscriptions
    3. Selected the 'Microsoft 365 Family' entry -
    4. Followed the instructions from there. The .exe file normally does to the downloads folder as you will know. I just double click, etc and the SW was uploaded.
    5. I also restarted the laptop for good measure.

My theory is that the laptop just needed a cleanout of of some erroneous files which had the licence problem and my laptop had not received them. I left it on by mistake.

Try that. I hope this solves the situation.

    Hello Siva_Shankar

    Thank you.

So hopefully people will do this and other methods to update the SW version they have.

    Best wishes.

My issue resolved itself after multiple searching and responses from other. I had turned off my computer and left it off for most of the day. When I got back on in the evening, my problem appears to be resolved.
