Hi there, I'm having this issue too and I have been waiting for a call-back for over 36 hours now. I have already lost a whole day of work! :( Can you tell me where I can access the Microsoft chat that you mention? I've been trawling through the website and can't find anywhere to get online help... Many thanks!

I have the same issue. renewed our subscription 1/7/25, and now, told we need to resubscribe. Have no access to Word or Outlook. My son has the same problem and both of us are on the family link.

I can't even get on a chat with a live person.
