Why is one of my member in microsoft 365 (family) showed expired, even though it is not due yet?

When can we expect this to me fixed? I can not do anything right now due to this!!
My Office 365 Family account is showing as fully up to date and paid for, yet for some reason my brother who is linked to my family account gets the message that his subscription has expired. When he logs into his Microsoft account and clicks on subscriptions, it says that something went wrong on our end, please try again later. This is so frustrating as it completely puts us behind and unable to deliver on urgent tasks.
