    Also for me the same issue.

    I have 2 members of my family that has been noticed by the expiration of the subscription, even if they are sharing my Microsoft 365 family subscription

    Yes, we have the same problem. Main user is working. But shared subs are not working.

    I've been having the same issue with one of my suscriptions. One of my members cant use Office 365 eventhough the suscription expires on 2026.

    Please fix this asap.
