    Same here - my wife was fine using her share of 365 on her laptop earlier this morning UK time, but now all Office apps show as expired/unlicenced.

    My account/subscription details clearly show her as being a valid 'sharer'

    Maybe a windows update has screwed things up (again)?

    Me too, same issue today. I have been sharing the Microsoft Family with my son and all of sudden it states that my licenses have expired...I have been sitting on the Microsoft chat for the last hour still waiting for customer service...
