    Same here - MS 365 Family - this morning, the first family share is locked out, but not the last one.

    We're in NYC.

    We are having the same issue. Says subscription cancelled (Microsoft 365 Family). It is not due for renewal until July 17th of this year. This is extremely troublesome as it impairs our ability to work. Please update as ASAP, thank you.

    Had the same problem and it just got resolved without my intervention (at ~14:50 UTC). The issue lasted for more than 5 hours and all Family users with a shared license had been affected.
