    Same issue - was a sudden issue. Received below from Microsoft:

    Wir haben das gleiche Problem. Mein Office 365 Account ist noch aktiv und gültig bis nächstes Jahr. Ich habe seit Jahren unsere Kinder und meine Frau mit dem Account geteilt. Es hat bisher immer funktioniert. Wir haben bei Windows 11 dieses Update gemacht und plötzlich ging Office nicht mehr.

    2025-04 Kumulatives Update für Windows 11 Version 24H2 für x64-basierte Systeme (KB5055523)

    Kann es damit zusammenhängen?

    English:

    We have the same problem. My Office 365 account is still active and valid until next year. I have shared the account with my wife and our children for years. It has always worked so far. We did this update on Windows 11 and suddenly Office stopped working.

    I cant acess any document from Office since this morning ( Brazil).
