I have the exact same issue since yesterday morning. Tried multiple times to readd my family member to no avail. Only 1 member not having access, unfortunately its the most important one.

The fact that Microsoft marked the issue as solved on their updates platform is wild. It is clearly as day not solved yet.

Still unable to share. Both email and link creation say that the link isn't working.

This is 24h+ now that my family member has been down. All services on the service status screen show green, but obviously something is STILL not working.

    Hello.

    UK 11.15 time.

Can you please provide an update on the problem?

My brother has the plan and shares this with me. Todate the Excel and Word do not work and ask me to login or create an account.

I cannot enter an email address and I do not have a product key, not being the key person.

    Many thanks.

I'm experiencing the same thing. I'm one member of my sister's Office 365 family subscription and yesterday I got the "cancelled" message on all products. Problem is, while trying to resolve it, my sister removed me from her members list and re-added me. I received an invite but was unable to join because I got a message I was already a member of another family group (which is true since I'm in a family group with my own kids).

So did I botch up my chance it will resolve itself? Is there anything special I need to do to get this fixed? Or will it automatically resolve itself since I'm on my sister's members list?

    Thanks in advance.
