I have done an update and now everything is ok again
I am having the same issue on my wife's account even though MS365 is shared with her it say it has expired on her computer

Me too, same issue today. I have been sharing the Microsoft Family with my son and all of sudden it states that my licenses have expired...I have been sitting on the Microsoft chat for the last hour still waiting for customer service...
