    Same here. First, some months ago the problem with the Onedrive Shared Folders which isn't fixed for many users yet. Now this... Really? Cannot use Excel, Word, etc and even Outlook app to check the email (fortunately I use Thunderbird).

    For now, at least I can open the excel documents online and work that way. But come on Microsoft...

    Experiencing the same issue. Have both a Microsoft 365 family subscription + Office 2019 Home & Student one-time purchase. Office forcefully kicked me out of the subscription and is asking me to switch to 2019. I rejected and now I can't sign into Office at all! I check my subscription status in the Microsoft Account web portal, and, guess what? It's GONE!
