Why is one of my member in microsoft 365 (family) showed expired, even though it is not due yet?

Same here too.
Some members I have in Microsoft Family 365 are having problems accessing their accounts.

User impact: Users with Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services.
Current status: We're reviewing service telemetry and recent changes within the service to isolate the source of the issue.

"access" is one thing, may live with a short unavailability BUT we hope our family-onedrives will not be deleted...we purposely wanted a professional service here...
