Why is one of my member in microsoft 365 (family) showed expired, even though it is not due yet?

Having the same problem. Son can no longer access his account - says it is expired.
Same problem here affecting 5 users!
For me, in Poland, it stopped working around 11 and 12 AM, 3 h ago. The same problem.

Could this issue be caused by some earlier version of O365 being in a cancelled state? I have a very old personal O365 subscription that was not renewed years ago when my husband also needed O365. At that time we purchased the family version under his account and he shared with me. It has worked fine until now. Under my account subscriptions I was able to see the cancelled personal and the shared from my husband O365, today I can only see the cancelled subscription.
