    Same thing here.... I need Office 365 urgently... Does anyone have a forecast for when it will return to normal?

    Yes, we have the same problem. Main user is working. But shared subs are not working.

    Also for me the same issue.

    I have 2 members of my family that has been noticed by the expiration of the subscription, even if they are sharing my Microsoft 365 family subscription
