    As part of my own troubleshooting, I removed the affected member from family sharing and tried re-adding them.

    No method has worked, and even when it appears to work, it actually doesn't work.

    And now, my main subscriptions panel fails to load 80% of the time.

    As others have asked: Once this is resolved, will there be compensation for the downtime? My family member depends on their Office apps to work and this is a massive inconvenience, including my own personal time spent troubleshooting your issues.

    Hello, I have the same issue over here, I use it for work too, so i tried to connect to outlook online and a really weird situation is happening over there.

    ...A situation that would probably be a confidentiallity issue.

    It's dicey and kinda complicated ...but i think it could be a good hint to know what the issue is. Where should i try and pass the information?
