Why is one of my member in microsoft 365 (family) showed expired, even though it is not due yet?

The issues of Microsoft Familly share on my computer are fixed now,

I'm not doing anything except the update that Microsoft provided.

But now, I have an issue with the drive, it says

"your files have stopped syncing and you will lose access on 7/15/2025 if you don't renew your storage"

Why should I renew the license since I still have time?

    Regards,

    Darma

I have the exact same issue since yesterday morning. Tried multiple times to readd my family member to no avail. Only 1 member not having access, unfortunately its the most important one.

The fact that Microsoft marked the issue as solved on their updates platform is wild. It is clearly as day not solved yet.

    Hello,
I am also experiencing the same issue with my Microsoft 365 Family subscription. Although I have been correctly added to the family group and the subscription shows as active on OneDrive and Microsoft 365 Copilot, I am unable to access the desktop Office apps on my PC. I get a message stating that the subscription is not active.

I tried clicking the link that was sent to me to sign up, but I receive the error that the link doesn't work, and it asks the organizer of the subscription to complete a step.

As mentioned in the recent updates from Microsoft, it seems there is a known issue affecting users with Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions. I hope it gets resolved soon. I am waiting for further details or updates.

    Thank you for your attention!

Same here. First, some months ago the problem with the Onedrive Shared Folders which isn't fixed for many users yet. Now this... Really? Cannot use Excel, Word, etc and even Outlook app to check the email (fortunately I use Thunderbird).

For now, at least I can open the excel documents online and work that way. But come on Microsoft...
