Could this issue be caused by some earlier version of O365 being in a cancelled state? I have a very old personal O365 subscription that was not renewed years ago when my husband also needed O365. At that time we purchased the family version under his account and he shared with me. It has worked fine until now. Under my account subscriptions I was able to see the cancelled personal and the shared from my husband O365, today I can only see the cancelled subscription.

Same here; none of my family members that are on the subscription have access anymore, only I, the account holder still have access.
