Valid Office 365 subscription shown as expired

I have a Microsoft 365 Family Classic account using ******@outlook.com. This is active, is working fine, and is next due for subscription in 2026

I have previously invited family member ******@outlook.com to a subscription under the family account. This has worked fine for years, but this morning showed as subscription expired.

When I log into ******@outlook.com, the account tab shows “Your Microsoft 365 Family subscription has expired”. It then offers me opportunities to renew this – either with a Family subscription or with an individual personal subscription.

If I try to re-invite ******@outlook.com to my current family subscription, it wont allow me to, telling me that I am already invited. I cannot find a way to de-invite Member so that I can then resubscribe.

In summary, I have an invited subscriber to an active and valid Microsoft 365 which is showing as expired, and I cannot resolve this. Any ideas?

Edit: there is a service update from MS here: https://portal.office.com/servicestatus

Wouldn't have worked for me as my subscription wasn't even showing in my account. However, it is there now and the problem seems to have been sorted, fingers crossed.

Are you the lead on the family account, i.e. the person who purchased the subscription and invited other family members? If not, it may not show the full subscription details in your account view.... just a thought.
