I confirm that people at our organisation are experiencing the same issue on iPhones with Safari / Edge / Chrome.
We're experiencing the same problem since a few weeks.
If I let a user login to the browser first by going to portal.office.com and authenticating, and then click the link with the weekly newsletter Sway, it redirects to the correct page.
But this is not a workaround I can ask from my colleagues...
