My access has stopped as a family member to my wife's Microsft office 365 family subscription.

My wife has a Microsft office 365 family subscription. I have been signed up via this for a few years. Neither my wife nor I have made and changes to our subscriptions and family memberships. Today my access to office apps and OneDrive stopped on my Windows PC. They still look to work fine via my Android phone.

The message that I see from Micrsoft when I try to use Excel & Word on my PC is "Your subscription has expired" and a request that I renew.

My wife's account still shows me as a family member and, for good measure, she invited me to join again, but this does not seem to have fixed it.

Norton reports that Windows has just been updated and has scanned the update and found no issues. However, I assume that the Windows update is the cause of the problem as I cannot see any other changes since it used to work (yesterday).

I have also tried rebooting the computer.

Please can you help me fix this.

Microsoft has reverted the change as per the status.

Title: Some users may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services

User impact: Users with Microsoft 365 Family subscriptions may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services.

Current status: We’ve identified a recent change which is causing impact and we're currently reverting the change to remediate the issue.

    Problem is back again.

    Microsoft and Silicon Valley Tech is on notice. This has convinced me that one needs to first of all ensure that you can work independently from a cloud service provider.

    We are still having the same problem as all of the people complaining on this thread. Have tried to fix it twice by doing all of the recommended things including taking my wife off of the family list and re-inviting her. Logging off and logging on afterward. She is unable to save documents to onedrive because it says she has exceeded her allowed storage space even though she has only used a fraction of it.
