Disappearing newsletters

My Sway newsletters have all disappeared from the Sway page - all after January 2025. I've tried expanding the list but those are all older ones. Where have they gone and can I get them back, as there are a couple of drafts I want to add to?

    To better understand what you're seeing on your end, could you please let me know which step you’re currently stuck on? If it’s convenient, feel free to attach a screenshot of what you see in Newsletters. This will help me guide you more accurately.

    How to view and send private messages: 

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Community using the email account that posted the thread.
    2. Click Profile in the upper-right corner.
    3. Select My Profile to access private message options.

    Hello

    I'm afraid that link does not work. Every time I sign in, it signs me straight back out and says "sorry we are unable to sign you in at this time". I've been given user management permissions but it is still not working.

    Good day! Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Support Community. I understand how important your Sway newsletters are, especially when you have drafts you’re planning to continue. I’m here to help you recover them step by step. 

    We’ve identified that newsletters created after January 2025 may not appear on the main Sway dashboard due to a visibility issue. Fortunately, they are still available and can be accessed through the newsletter archive. 

    1. Visit the Newsletter Archive 

    • Go to the Microsoft newsletter archive: https://serviceshub.microsoft.com/newsletters/archive
    • Scroll through the months to locate newsletters from May and June 2025.
    • You’ll find entries such as:  
      • June 2025 Newsletter
      • May 2025 Newsletter
      • Newsletter: May 2025
      • Newsletter May 2025

    2. Open and Edit Your Drafts 

    • Click on the newsletter title to open it in Sway.
    • If it’s a draft, you’ll be able to continue editing right away.
    • If it’s already published, you can duplicate it and make updates.

    3. Save for Easy Access 

    • Once opened, bookmark the link or save it to your OneDrive.
    • You can also pin it to your dashboard or share it with collaborators.
