I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I have changed password, and the message says cannot send mail. I also have received no mail.
password doesn't work nor does code sent to phone
I can't sign-in to my account on my phone or computer. When I try I get an envelope opening and shutting.
