I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I need someone to talk to.

I followed all the troubleshooting steps

Agree, it is absolutely %^^*. I have done the same, set up with a verification e-mail but again locked out of hotmail access after one attempt ("too many requests" or some such BS). What is so £$%^&*ng unusual about accessing (or trying to) from both a laptop and a mobile?

My MS acct has the wrong contact email address, It is an old Verizon email that I have not used for years. When I try to reset the PW, they send codes to the old address. How do I get into the acct to correct this?

This could all be resolved in a few minutes if I could talk to a MS 'live person.'

I can't sighn in on my laptop, it says troubleshooting, and through my phone it says use VPN and other methods. I have changed passwords three times already! I managed to sighn in via Google to my Microsoft page, but it is not helpful. I need my word and teams!
