estou com o mesmo problema para acessar a conta da minha mãe. todas as informações dela estão nesse e-mail e não consegue acessar, ja tentamos de tudo incluindo o formulário e nada da certo. solicito contato imediato.
Hace tiempo han estado intentando abrir mi cuenta de correo lo que ha causado que se bloquee, pero en esta ocasión ya no me es posible tener acceso aún cuando he hecho el restablecimiento de mi contraseña varias veces me sigue apareciendo la misma leyenda y no puedo entrar.
