I am having the same issue. I plan to delete my Microsoft account and stop using any associated products. This is ridiculous.

Please help me too, i need to access my hotmail account.
It is mentioned that my account is blocked due to multiple wrong passwords.
Still i tried to change the passwords many times and still no access and got the message to use other verification method ( there was no option to choose other methods).
I filled in the help form; was asking me about the latest send emails ( email address and email subjects) i dont remember it as i dont send plenty of emails, but i do know all the received emails.
I need to speak to someone from microsoft to help me

Please can Darhyl also help me as well? I've been unable to get into my emails for the last 3 weeks and just driving me crazy. I set up a two verification code for security after someone tried to scam me, and then I forgot my new password. So every time I put in my mobile number as one of the verifications it comes up with an error message, that we are unable to use this at this time! I have spent hours and hours filling in so many forms and going round and round. Just wish I could speak to someone who could help get me into my emails.
