I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I have a subscription with ******@delasafaris.co.za but want to move the subpscription to ******@gmail.com. I want to install office on a different laptop.
But I am unable to login to manage my subscription. Also we don't have cell phone network where we are so how am I supposed to authenticate when your only option is an sms? who still uses sms for authentication? Please assist urgently. Microsoft help is not helping!!!

My personal account has been hacked, I am trying to recover it but all I get are those self help articles. There is no possibility to talk to a real person. Moreover the account check failed, it is stating the there occur issues checking my account. IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY TO TALK TO REAL PERSON ABLE TO RECOVER OR COMPLETELY DELETE MY ACCOUNT??? I do not want any self help articles anymore since this a serious problem. PS I CANNOT sign in to get support since my account has been HACKED. WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE IF ANYONE WILL REACH OUT ME!
