Microsoft Account Sign-in HelperMicrosoft Account Sign-in Helper is not helping me at all. I cannot access my personal Microsoft account. I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I need someone to talk to.

I changed my password 2x already
I followed all the troubleshooting steps

Yet, Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper is saying that there is no problem with my account.

    Hi haven't been signing in with a password for some time as the systemauto recognises me

    Have a passcode but didn't seem to have the option to use it. Went through the sign in help and keyed in my address. Comment from xbox is that you are having issues and rewuire that I call back later. What is happening? This might be left field -but is this because I cancelled my 365 plan recently as it is due to renew on 14/07? If not, can you let me know why I can't reset my password.

    Hello, my mother is having trouble accessing her outlook email. We’ve tried entering the password but it says it’s incorrect. Her recovery email is my deceased father’s email, which we don’t have access to. We’ve tried filling out the account recovery form but we get rejected every time. This is the only email that she has and she has urgent emails that she cannot access.

    Have you noticed microsoft is loading each and every file, at least on facebook accounts, with advertising posts to force subscriptions to limit advertising and no space left warnings? Check your files. I believe this is bait and switch anti consumer business practice. Bait would be free email. Switch is jamming our files and blocking with 401 error so we can't get on. Anyone out there able to file litigation?
