Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper is not helping me at all. I cannot access my personal Microsoft account.

My wife having the same issue, she had to reset her phone as needed a screen replacement, now unable to log on to outlook or Microsoft account.

The code via email works just once a day, after entering the email code it asks to verify again and fails if email is chosen saying too many requests being made, however choosing SMS option, no text being received or says having trouble sending sms try again later.

Its been a few days now and unable to logon. there's no way to get any support unless you've actually logged in.

would appreciate if anyone can provide any advice.

I cannot gain access to my account, i forgot my password and have been sent a code to another email address, however saying information not correct, can you help?
