I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I need someone to talk to.

I changed my password and then kept trying to login. After a few hours it autonatically came back. I would say wait a few hours before trying again.

Someone has been trying to hack my account so my account has been locked but it will not go past the the part of prove you are not a robot it says success but don't move on and now says i cant have more codes as i have had too many in one day,
The 2 step is a joke, i can do the alternative email but will not et me do the text says not working right now! and can not contact anyone its terrible service

i cannot sign in my hotmail accout. Even the recovery doesnt help after i input all the evidence i am the email account holder.

I have been unable to get into my outlook.com email account even though i have answered all the questions correctly. I receive an email message saying unfortunately i cannot be helped
