Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper is not helping me at all. I cannot access my personal Microsoft account.

I recently lost access to my phone number, and now I’m unable to reset the password for my email account linked to your services.
That number was the only recovery method I had set up, so I’m currently locked out of my account.

I urgently need access to my account and would really appreciate your help in recovering it through an alternative verification method or identity check.

Does someone have any suggestions or really help for this since MS is not helping?

I am unable to access my personal Hotmail/Outlook email from a laptop/desktop. I have forgotten my password because I usually just stay signed in on my laptop but my laptop crash and burned and I am unable to access my passcode manager. I clicked on 'I forgot my password' so that I could reset my password. I am set up for 2 step verification so, I went to do that & only 1 of the methods is working & for the 2nd one, it says 'Try another verification method' That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method. Well, I can't because I only have 2 methods set up & I already did 1 of them & the 2nd one isn't working. So, what am I supposed to do?

Since I have 2 step verification set up, filling out the Recovery Form doesn't work because, according to MS, 'It looks like you just used the Microsoft account recovery form. Because you've turned on two-step verification for your account, we ignore these requests but wanted to let you know.'

Like really? I have had this account for fricking 20yrs & now I am going to lose access to it because MS can't get their stuff figured out.

Same problems with no one to speak with! Going in circles!
