I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I need someone to talk to.

Hace tiempo han estado intentando abrir mi cuenta de correo lo que ha causado que se bloquee, pero en esta ocasión ya no me es posible tener acceso aún cuando he hecho el restablecimiento de mi contraseña varias veces me sigue apareciendo la misma leyenda y no puedo entrar.

Please can Darhyl also help me as well? I've been unable to get into my emails for the last 3 weeks and just driving me crazy. I set up a two verification code for security after someone tried to scam me, and then I forgot my new password. So every time I put in my mobile number as one of the verifications it comes up with an error message, that we are unable to use this at this time! I have spent hours and hours filling in so many forms and going round and round. Just wish I could speak to someone who could help get me into my emails.
