Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper is not helping me at all. I cannot access my personal Microsoft account.

My MS acct has the wrong contact email address, It is an old Verizon email that I have not used for years. When I try to reset the PW, they send codes to the old address. How do I get into the acct to correct this?

This could all be resolved in a few minutes if I could talk to a MS 'live person.'

I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I need someone to talk to.

I followed all the troubleshooting steps

Agree, it is absolutely %^^*. I have done the same, set up with a verification e-mail but again locked out of hotmail access after one attempt ("too many requests" or some such BS). What is so £$%^&*ng unusual about accessing (or trying to) from both a laptop and a mobile?

I am trying to sign in to my Microsoft account but I am not receiving the SMS code to verify my phone number. I have tried resending the code multiple times and restarted my device, but nothing works.

Please help me regain access to my account or send the code in another way.
