I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my EMAIL outlook.fr, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I need someone to talk to URGENTLY. I AM ALSO UNABLE TO RECEIVE THE CODE I AM RECEIVING A MESSAGE STATING: TRY ANOTHER VERIFICATION METHOD AS THIS ONE ISN'T WORKING RIGHT NOW.

I followed all the troubleshooting steps

I have been hacked by someone called barrich-9 and I don't know what to do. He's hacked both my email addresses

I am unable to qualify for a password reset for my Outlook email. It is a very old account and I do not remember enough information from when I originally set it up to have the account validate my ownership. I have purchased a new iPhone and I am unable to transfer my email account to my new phone without a password. Also my account is blocked due to too many failed attemps.
