I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I need someone to talk to.

I followed all the troubleshooting steps
Yet, Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper is saying that there is no problem with my account.

I'm having the exact same issue. So far no response on the thread to get to a live representative and no way to get to resolution. Seems to be a July 2025 issue. Needs resolution ASAP.. I've exhausted all I know to do.
