Microsoft Account Sign-in HelperMicrosoft Account Sign-in Helper is not helping me at all. I cannot access my personal Microsoft account. I just renewed and paid my yearly subscription last month, yet I'm getting this **** service. I'm unable to access my MS account, and it's driving me nuts! All the channels are unable to help. I need someone to talk to.
I changed my password 2x already
I followed all the troubleshooting steps
Yet, Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper is saying that there is no problem with my account.

I have been hacked by someone called barrich-9 and I don't know what to do. He's hacked both my email addresses
Good morning,
I am unable to qualify for a password reset for my Outlook email. It is a very old account and I do not remember enough information from when I originally set it up to have the account validate my ownership. I have purchased a new iPhone and I am unable to transfer my email account to my new phone without a password. Also my account is blocked due to too many failed attemps.
******@hotmail.ca
Thank you
Kinda the same here, locked out of my own account cuz it was the only one where I forgot to change my phone number. Can't remember what emails I sent to anyone and the form is not helping at all. Even when I fill in my own personal info that i'm certain is correct. it still fails to let me recover it, and that's already been 2 years like this. I'm currently at attempt 600!!!!!, 600 to get back into my own account, and every freaking time that I contact the help desk in the hope that they just ask my ID for verification, default answer "due to privacy that we take very serious, we are not allowed to send password reset links, nor look up your data" FFS just accept my ID and let me get back in my account!
Same problem here. My wife changed her iPhone, and the Authenticator does not have her account. If she tries to restore the Backup, she needs to log in to her Microsoft Account, but she can't because the Authenticator is empty. When asked for an alternative way to sign in (using a phone number), she receives a message stating that it cannot be done. She keeps looping with no solution. She can still access her email account via her iPad, but we don't know how long she will have access. How can we recover her account and set up a new Athenticator?
We tried recovering the account and filled out a big form, and as soon as we submitted it, we got the message:
"It looks like you just used the Microsoft account recovery form (https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Faccount.live.com%2Facsr%3Fmkt%3Den-SG&data=05%7C02%7C%7C4e1528723b8345062fb708ddbe194022%7C84df9e7fe9f640afb435aaaaaaaaaaaa%7C1%7C0%7C638875737840554065%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=nBQOUV7GRo1Zillu0Cq00209zwIWYRMg8SsE0Vxrphc%3D&reserved=0) to request a password reset for <her email>. Because you've turned on two-step verification for your account, we ignore these requests but wanted to let you know."
Microsoft ignored the form, and we are back to square one. So we are stuck! ****!!!
Can anyone help?!?!
