Dear john cabascango,
Hello! Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I'm glad to be able to assist you.
I understand that you are getting an access error when accessing a Sway. I understand how you feel and I will do my best to help you resolve it.
I tried to access your link and it does come up with an error that says “This Sway is unavailable, most likely because it has been deleted or the link is erroneous. If you are the owner, check your deleted Sways”。
I would like to know when you created this Sway, is it the only one that is having problems, or are you having this problem with all the previous Sways you have created? There was an actual server fluctuation a while back that caused many users to have the same problem as you. I think your current situation is the same.
Reference: Sway no longer exists and is not in deleted sways - Microsoft Community
Sometimes, Microsoft's servers may experience brief fluctuations or maintenance, which may affect your access to certain services or content, the cause of this problem you can refer to:
In this case, the best thing to do is to be patient for a while and then try to access your Sway link again. Usually, these types of issues are resolved within a short period of time. If the problem persists, you can try again later or visit the Microsoft Service Status page to see if there are any service outage announcements.
We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you. We sincerely request that you wait for a while to see if the problem is alleviated.
Best Wishes
