Syncing issues with OneDrive shared folders

I have suddenly lost the sync function to 2 important shared folders (ones shared with other people) My other folders and files (not shared) are fine. How can I fix it? For some reason, the folders have been sent to my recycle bin, but I cannot restore them.

    Happens to me as well. My wife and I shared a Home 365 subscription. And there are some folders, natively in her account, that I have been syncing for years. And suddenly it becomes a link (URL).

    Does anyone know if this applies to 'Enterprise' subscription as well (we use Sharepoint for the Enterprise account, and do not see this problem).

    Reason I ask is that tickets opened within an Enterprise account is handled much quick than a ticket from 'Personal' account.

    I am afraid I don't yet have a fix to this, and we have had to move over to Dropbox. I don't know how to resolve it with Microsoft, but if it doesn't get resolved, I may have to cancel my subscription.

    In answer to the recent query, I don't have an enterprise account.

    This problem started 10 days back in one of the pcs sharing the Microsoft Office Home subscription.

    5 days later, it spread like a virus to rest 2 machines.

    It exists on Win 11 Home as well as Win 10 Home.

    If someone can pinpoint which exact update caused this bug, can atleast try to uninstall it.

    Well, same problem - till Feb,28 the shared folder disappeared from my wife's desktop. Tried to reset onedrive app, reset permissions - nothing helped. Now it's available only via onedrive.com. What a shame.

    Same here, shared folders not available for longer in Windows OneDrive.
    Is anyone from Microsoft able to provide an answer to that?
