I have suddenly lost the sync function to 2 important shared folders (ones shared with other people) My other folders and files (not shared) are fine. How can I fix it? For some reason, the folders have been sent to my recycle bin, but I cannot restore them.

Sam problem here. We have several users (paying subscribers) reporting an issue with not offered resolution from Microsoft... i would like resolution
Still a problem! A folder I have shared with me for years suddenly disappears and now I only can get a URL to OneDrive online. Using Mac and Finder 14.6. Not acceptable at all. If this is not quickly resolved other file sharing solutions has to be used instead of Microsofts.

Shared folders are no longer appearing as a regular folder, just a hyperlink to internet browser.

Same issue with shared folders. Used to work fine until a week ago and now I have only a shortcut through url to the shared folders. It is time consuming and not user friendly. It appears microsoft is not bothered and the issue appears to be there since June, 2024!!!
