Syncing issues with OneDrive shared folders

I have suddenly lost the sync function to 2 important shared folders (ones shared with other people) My other folders and files (not shared) are fine. How can I fix it? For some reason, the folders have been sent to my recycle bin, but I cannot restore them.

    I have the same issue. Began today, February 28th. All of "My Files" are synced to my computer except any that are shortcuts from Shared Files. The names were not changed. The access on my computer simply said Access does not exist.

    As others have expressed, this is very frustrating and disruptive to our workflow. We have become dependent on using the file access to the shared files and working online is not a viable option.

    PLEASE FIX ASAP!

    I have the same issue and I fear it is not a bug but a new "feature" of our OneDrive. If only I knew before paying my yearly subscription.

    I have the same issue. Why has this changed?

    The search in the web interface to OneDrive is poor to say the least, so it is basically useless.

    If Microsoft want people to use OneDrive, they cannot just remove these facilities that people rely on. I am now investigating alternatives that are more stable and not going to change at somebodies whim, or untested update. I do not believe this is the first time this has happened.

    This is one of the real dangers we have as more information is stored online. A world disaster will occur if access is lost for any reason.
