Syncing issues with OneDrive shared folders

I have suddenly lost the sync function to 2 important shared folders (ones shared with other people) My other folders and files (not shared) are fine. How can I fix it? For some reason, the folders have been sent to my recycle bin, but I cannot restore them.

    Same problem here. After having one of our family accounts have no OneDrive access for other 24 hours (Without warning before, or during the outage and only finding out after looking it up online). We now find we can't share files between it each other. Even worse shared folders are now being duplicated on multiple machines, named as that machines.

    Wasn't the whole point of OneDrive to avoid this, keeping everything in sync!

    Yep, that's it, the PC/MAC apps do not recognize the shared folder in the "My Files" folder and, therefore, does not show the shared folder in the OneDrive folder in the PC/MAC.

    Frustrating...

    Yes it works online but not on my laptop but on the app on my phone this works.

    I believe Microsoft resolved the problem in the latest update.
