we found out that when I browse folders in MS Excel or Word, I can see the folder and it is not displayed as a placeholder. Therefore we copied the path of the last opened file from onedrive in MS Excel https://d.docs.live.net/.../foldres... etc. and mapped it as a network folder, then access via the explorer works. What do you think?

try opening the disk drive menu and proceed as a network drive, this also works, you don't have to select the mount web location option.
And try delete windows user credentials in the control panel.

I have two computers, one using windows 64x on my Asus Laptop, this method works fine without any problems. I tried on another one which is Surface Pro 11 ARM. However, it shows the error message that Window Cannot access the folder with the message to check spelling of the name....
Does anyone knows what's the problem?
