MicroSoft 365 Home is increasing by 30% in 2025?

No offence, but have to admit that the way the price increased is annoying.

If you missed the message you automatically going to pay for the extra $30 for the copilot, wether you like it or not, and you have to take extra efford to find out that there is an option to avoid being charged extra.

Certainly reducing customer satisfaction, but for the sake of the revenue Microsoft is going to do it anyway.

42% price hike? Now THAT'S inflation! Not only do I not want/need Copilot, I have NEVER used Excel or PowerPoint or Teams or One Note. I don't use OneDrive either. We are forced to pay for stuff we don't want or need and there are few if any other alternatives.

why does all help desk responses always reply with 'be rest assured'? that has become the normal and more times than not, whenever I have 'rest assured' it always backfires. Hey HD...quit using that rhetorical quote for God's sake!

Thanks for this advice Thomas C - just what I wanted to find out. I did not want Copilot in the first place. Good riddance!

It's a rather bad faith manœuvre by Microsoft to make Copilot opt-out rather than opt-in. So bamboozling us is how we are rewarded for our loyalty?

Call MS at least 48 hours prior to subscriptions end. The $30 increase will be waived. Per CS when I called yesterday to complain. Now I have to call back mid June to make this happen. What a pain!
