Microsoft doesn’t care, the solution is to have a reindex option, and they refuse to allow it.

I can't get over Microsoft's attitude here... What the hell are they doing? You literally can't search a file on your own cloud account... .. Why wouldn't they fix this?? It's been 4 to 5 months now... They are clearly making some kind of statement with their lack of caring about this incredibly important issue to its users... It's disgusting and unacceptable... They really could give a **** about their paying customers

They said that several months ago too, but after several updates still no resolution. I'm guessing that it's just a relatively small sub-set of users that are affected, which doesn't make it urgent enough for them to fix the problem in the short term.

All we can do is to keep sending them support requests through the feedback option. With some luck they'll get tired of it, and finally put some devs on the issue.

Another thing is to raise the issue on other platforms like Reddit, Twitter, etc. Maybe that will help to wake them up.

Same. Search is not working. Search results always return empty. This happens on the website (Chrome and Edge), the website in incognito mode, and on the Android app.
