Search bar is not working in apps and website, not results of anything. Even new uploaded files, this is happening after recent design update. Any help?

Microsoft is crazy, why doesn't it fix it? what's the reason? I think I'm just frustrated... maybe next year I'll change my subscription. Any good subscription ideas?
I am currently writing software for an enterprise that requires this functionality, and the fact that this issue was reported over five months ago and still hasn't been resolved is extraordinary.

For a while 3rd party apps with search would work. Now 3rd party apps cannot search either. This is a class action begging to happen. What good is file storage without a search function? What are we paying for?
Mine hasn't worked for years!!!!
