    Hello,

    I got 59,99 debited on my credit card on march 11, 2025- I checked and I have no subscription which is active ! Th other debits were on January 15th (69.00 €) and January 15th 2024 (69,00€). I can't accept that this amounts are debited from my card if I have no subscription. I like to ask for an refund please. And in 2 month 128.99€ debited . There must me a mistake.

    Thank you for your help and to get my money back.

    Hello I was charged for my Xbox game pass when I cancelled it awhile ago because I buy in person cards now at stores locally.
