I canceled my subscription and it still recharged me, i need my refund for the purchase.

I have cancelled this subscription and I just just got a charge for this months subscription. Please cancel and refund the charge.
Good morning,
I just received a charge on my credit card for a subscription that I do not have. In my account I have no active subscriptions but have been charged in full for an office 365 subscription. I wanted to see what the steps are to resolve this payment issue. I do not wish to have access to 365.
