I have been trying to reach an operator for the past two days and have spent over an hour on hold. I have noticed unauthorized charges for a subscription I never signed up for and need immediate assistance. Our office has never subscribed to any Microsoft Family subscriptions plan.

I got 59,99 debited on my credit card on march 11, 2025- I checked and I have no subscription which is active ! Th other debits were on January 15th (69.00 €) and January 15th 2024 (69,00€). I can't accept that this amounts are debited from my card if I have no subscription. I like to ask for an refund please. And in 2 month 128.99€ debited . There must me a mistake.
